Comforts Under the Sea

Prince Serian and Prince Kerian were quite astonished as Archangel Michael ushered them forward. They could barely control their surprise and this was not normal. They prided themselves on their restraint of emotions but things were truly different here.

The Mermaid Queen laughed as She stepped forward, walking just as they did, rather than Gliding as some Mer do upon land; but then, she had no Fin. This was puzzling. She bowed to the Twin Princes, as they did the same in return.

“We welcome you,” she said, as a Table was being prepared to dine.

“But you don’t have a Fin,” said Prince Serian, looking quite surprised and curious. “It’s a bit different from what we expected. The scene before, under the Sea and your Appearance—You are different—”

What caused such a Change?

Before the Queen could answer, another Young Woman of beauty and grace stepped before them. “The Table is ready. We will speak of all as we sit.”

Anxious to know the True Story of how the Mer Kingdom just seemed to pop up in their Fae Kingdom’s Ocean, the two Princes sat without another word, until the Queen spoke again.

“Things are and aren’t as they seem. The first Image you saw was the Oldest Sign of my Goddess Queen Status, now Seated upon the Sea Throne.”

“Are you real?” asked Prince Kerian, truly at a loss for words.

She smiled. “I am. My Essence is Sea Light Shifting again to add other Chosen Incarnations for this period. Once all is settled, the Image that you see in my Ocean Kingdom will Brighten to a heightened level, then dim. I will then be able to Light the entire Sea Realm, which is one of the Catalysts for our Ascension.”

“We are the ‘Mer Queens-in-Waiting’,” said one of her Sisters who now walked forward; suddenly aware of them, they were a shock to the Princes. “Our Kingdom is similar to your Father’s Rule and how he passes down Authority to his Waiting Sons and Daughters. Queen Sireanna, our Eldest Sister, rules now as a Neptunia through Triton’s Decree. It is a title not lightly bestowed and most Grand for our People because she is of Goddess Light. We Form a Mermaid Sisterhood of the Seas. Each of us, once ready, will Rule our very own Portion if we succeed; a Portion which is vast as it separates to become its own Ocean Dominion. Not only is the Sea in question but with Queen Sireanna’s New Light, a Larger Star System can be Created that can expand very far among the Cosmos.”

“Yes,” said another Mermaid Sister, now coming closer, as Michael sat at the Table eating as if it was simply normal. Who sat with Archangel Michael for a Meal? A Meal was always more with the Gods and Ancients, as the Twins were well aware. It was best to listen well and take heed of what was said. Archangel Michael’s Wings twitched a bit, but his Face showed no sign of what he was thinking.
